
Im TriYoga Flow Basics gibt es fünf systematisierte Serien. Jede Serie steht für eins der fünf Elemente, Erde, Wasser, Feuer, Luft und Raum (Äther). Jedes Element steht dabei für eine besondere Qualität und wirkt auf bestimmte Bereiche von Körper und Geist. Im Basics werden systematisch 108 Asanas eingeführt. Du lernst die fünf grundlegenden Atemtechniken, die die Grundlage für die weiterführenden Levels sind.
