gesucht \u2013 ich habe Ruhe gesucht.<\/p><p>Mein eigener Weg begann mit starken Spannungen im R\u00fccken und dem Gef\u00fchl, dass alles \u201ezu viel\u201c wird.<\/p><p>Erst durch die Arbeit mit TriYoga Flow nach Kali Ray habe ich erlebt:<\/p><p>Dass sich der K\u00f6rper wirklich l\u00f6sen kann \u2013 ohne Druck.<\/p><p>Diese Erfahrung gebe ich heute weiter \u2013 in meinem Studio in
